Data deletion

This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

The Media Bees processes conversation data — Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp — solely to reply to your messages and provide the service you asked us for.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@themediabees.com with the subject "Data deletion", stating your Instagram/Facebook username or the phone number used on WhatsApp.

What happens next

We confirm receipt of the request and delete the data associated with your conversations within a maximum of 30 days, sending you confirmation. Data we are legally required to keep (for example, billing) is retained for the applicable legal periods.
