Data deletion
This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
The Media Bees processes conversation data (Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp) solely to reply to your messages and provide the service you asked us for.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@themediabees.com with the subject "Data deletion", stating your Instagram/Facebook username or the phone number used on WhatsApp.
What happens next
We confirm receipt of the request and delete the data associated with your conversations within a maximum of 30 days, sending you confirmation. Data we are legally required to keep (for example, billing) is retained for the applicable legal periods.
