Moov Life

An intergenerational centre in the Algarve with work valued by everyone who passes through, and invisible to anyone who does not know it yet. The goal was to stop depending on word of mouth.

THE SHIFT ON THIS PROJECT
THE STARTING POINT

A project that only
existed by word of mouth.

Moov Life was built around an idea that is simple but hard to communicate: a space where different generations learn together. People who walk in understand within five minutes. People searching online found nothing.

The work was good. What it lacked was existing where people look.

  • Almost total reliance on personal referrals
  • No structured digital presence
  • Brand invisible to anyone searching for services in the sector
  • No channel generating enquiries consistently
WHAT WE DID

A site that works
when the founder is not there.

01 · STRUCTURE

What they do, said without jargon

Activities, training, team and schedule now each have their own place. Every workshop with a date, who it is for and what you take away — so nobody has to phone just to work out what it is.

  • Activities split by type and by age
  • A visible monthly schedule
  • A team with faces and roles
02 · CONVERSION

From interest to sign-up

Every activity ends in the same place: a short information request. The enquiry arrives already saying which workshop and for whom, which saves the first exchange of messages.

  • A form per activity
  • Minimal fields
  • Source logged for each request
03 · AUTHORITY

Found by the people searching

We built the content around what people type into Google when they are looking for support for a parent, a class or a team. No paid ads: just structure and the right language.

  • Content built around real searches
  • Baseline technical SEO
  • Copy in plain Portuguese, with no technical terms

01 The entrance. One sentence explaining the project, a photo of the real space and a path to learn more.
INSIDE THE SITE

Three answers, three pages.

Each block exists because someone used to ask that question on the phone. If the page answers it, the phone rings less often by mistake and more often out of real interest.

TEAM

“Who is going to receive me?”

Each professional with a face, a role and a field. In a care service, knowing who is on the other side is half the decision.

ACTIVITIES

“Is this for me?”

Workshops and physical activities with real photography, target audience and a calendar — instead of a list of names.

SCHEDULE

“When is the next one?”

Dates visible by month, so signing up does not depend on asking.

VISUAL SYSTEM

Calm green,
without being childish.

The social sector tends to fall into two extremes: too clinical or too childish. We stayed in the middle — soft colour, typography with weight, photography of real people.

WHAT CHANGED

What started happening.

AFTER
Passou a ser encontrada
The brand stopped existing only by word of mouth and started showing up for people searching on Google.
Enquiries without ads
The requests that come in are from organic search, with no spend on advertising.
A predictable channel
The site works every day, including when the founder is with a group.
WHAT WE DON’T SAY
Percentages
We do not publish client numbers without written permission. The ones from this project are discussed on the call, with the data in front of us.
Credit that is not ours
People who return to Moov Life return for the team's work. We made sure it gets found.

and stuck offline.
