Detail House

A car-detailing business with excellent work and almost none of it visible online. The goal was to turn searchers into people who request a quote.

THE SHIFT ON THIS PROJECT
THE STARTING POINT

A premium service
with a shopfront that did not say so.

Detail House treats cars with a level of care you can see in person: detailed cleaning, polishing, ceramic coating, film, car wrap. Online, none of it came across — not the services, not the difference between them, not how to request a quote without phoning.

There was demand. There just was not a path.

  • Services mixed together, with no hierarchy
  • Generic photography, not the real work
  • Contact by phone only, during workshop hours
  • Zero record of where each request came from
WHAT WE DID

A digital home built
around one request.

01 · STRUCTURE

Each service in its place

We split detailed cleaning, polishing, ceramic coating, film and car wrap into their own blocks, with images of the real work. Visitors see in seconds what is done and to what level.

  • Navigation by service type
  • Photography of the real work, not stock
  • Language with no technical jargon
02 · CONVERSION

Request a quote without phoning

Short, direct forms, with a service choice and room to describe the vehicle. Enquiries now arrive already qualified, with the essentials filled in before the first reply.

  • Quote request and booking
  • Minimal fields, no friction
  • Tracking on every submission
03 · AUTHORITY

A blog that answers the right questions

We built the blog around what people search before deciding: when ceramic coating is worth it, what a deep clean is, how to look after the interior. Content that brings visits and sets up the sale.

  • Temas a partir de pesquisa real
  • Baseline technical SEO
  • Every article with a destination: the quote

01 The entrance. One promise, one car, one button. Nothing else competing for attention.
INSIDE THE SITE

Three screens, three decisions.

Each page was designed around a question people ask before getting in touch. If the page does not answer it, the question comes by phone — and the phone is not always available.

Screens of the Detail House website
EXTERIOR

“What exactly do you do to my car?”

A grid of services with a photo of each job. Washing, decontamination, polishing, car wrap, PPF, film, dent removal.

INTERIOR

“Do you do the inside too?”

Its own block for the interior, with the care steps listed and the same path to the quote.

MARINE

“And if it is not a car?”

A service line that existed and nobody saw. It now has its own page, image and request.

VISUAL SYSTEM

Sober, dark, no noise.

The brand already had character. Our job was to give it a grid, spacing rules and room to breathe.

WHAT CHANGED

What started happening.

AFTER
The service explains itself
Visitors understand what is done, with what level of care and how long it takes, without needing to call.
O pedido chega preparado
Service chosen and vehicle described before the first reply. Fewer calls just to establish the basics.
We know where they came from
Every request now has its source logged, which makes it possible to decide where to invest next.
WHAT WE DON’T SAY
Percentages
We do not publish client numbers without written permission. The ones from this project are discussed on the call, with the data in front of us.
Credit that is not ours
Detail House's work is what brings people back after they try it. We handled the path to it.
NEXT

Another case of the same kind.

YOUR CASE

If your business is good
and stuck offline.

Thirty minutes about what you sell and how you measure. If we are not the right choice, we will tell you straight away.
